Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro-Inositol: What is it?
Inositol is a vitamin-like substance that occurs naturally in foods such as legumes, nuts, and grains. Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are two forms of it; many products combine both in a 40:1 ratio – including our gummies with 2,000 mg to 50 mg. The formula is supplemented with folate, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, zinc, and magnesium. There are EU-approved claims for these vitamins and minerals: folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Taking them is simple: two gummies per day.
Coenzyme Q10 in gummy form
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is a substance produced by the body that is found in every cell and tends to decrease with age. Our gummies provide 250 mg of Q10 per serving (2 gummies) and combine it with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B3, zinc, and magnesium. Vitamin B3 and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and vitamin B3 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. For those who do not like capsules, the gummy form with fruit flavor offers a pleasant alternative.
Matcha: Ceremonial-grade green tea powder
Matcha is finely ground green tea where the entire leaf is consumed. Our CHT Nature Matcha comes from Japan and is organic, sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free. Its medium caffeine content provides a consistent boost without the sudden kick of an espresso. Here is how to prepare it: sift 1–2 g of powder (about one bamboo scoop) into a bowl, add 70–80 °C warm water, and whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk or a small milk frother. Serve as a matcha latte with oat or cow's milk, or use it in smoothies, baked goods, and desserts. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place to preserve color and aroma.
Shilajit resin from the Himalayas
Shilajit (also known as Mumijo) is a dark, resinous natural product from high mountain ranges that has been used in traditional Ayurvedic practice for centuries. Our WELLMEDICA Shilajit comes from Gilgit-Baltistan (4,800–5,500 m altitude according to the packaging), is laboratory-tested, vegan, and free from added sugar, fillers, and additives. How to use: dissolve one 500 mg serving (wooden scoop included) in warm water, tea, or milk.
